Terms of Use
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms of Use stipulate the terms and conditions of use of the electronic information service "Aidia"
and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Aidia (hereinafter referred to
as the "Company"). All persons who use this service (hereinafter referred to as "users") are deemed to have
agreed to this agreement.
Article 2 (Outline of Service)
- This service provides users with a "guru" function that provides various professional support and
knowledge.
- The User shall use the Service through the account designated by the Company.
Article 3 (Account Management)
- The user shall be responsible for the management of the account and shall promptly notify the Company if
unauthorized use is discovered.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend the account if it finds unauthorized use or violation of the
Terms of Use.
Article 4 (Prohibited Matters)
The User shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that infringe the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others
- Unauthorized access or sabotage of the system
- Acts of reusing the Service for commercial purposes (excluding the approval of the Company)
Article 5 (Use of Paid Services)
- Some parts of the Service are provided for a fee. The fees and payment methods for paid services shall
be subject to the terms and conditions separately stipulated by the Company.
- If the user fails to pay the fee, the Company reserves the right to suspend the provision of the
service.
Article 6 (Copyright)
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in this service belong to the Company or a third party who
owns the rights.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of the Service.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by natural disasters, system failures, or other
reasons that cannot be reasonably foreseen by the Company.
Article 8 (Revision of Terms)
We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. The revised terms shall take effect after a
certain period of time has elapsed after posting on the Company's website.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In addition, any and all disputes
related to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
